a. Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, recognized in the United States.
b. Orders designated to ship on a standard service will usually ship within the same day. However, please allow up to 5 days for processing. Depending on your location, please expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date your order was placed.
c. We are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes and certain locations in Alaska. However, there are several third-party forwarding services that can redirect your LBLC the label online order to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses for a fee.
SHIPPING TO AN APO/FPO OR P.O. BOX.
1. Sign up for a third party forwarding service such as APO Box
2. Complete your LBLC the label online order and enter the shipping address provided by your preferred third party forwarding service.
3. We will then ship your order to the forwarding service address you have provided. The third party forwarding service will then ship your order to your APO/FPO address. (please note: Forwarding Fees will vary by vendor)
Please note: In addition to the shipping charges that LBLC will bill on your order, the third party forwarding service will have their own charges due for the service they provide. We highly recommend APO/FPO shipment insurance since LBLC is not responsible for damages occurring in transit. Transit times vary depending on the location of your APO/FPO address. Typically, you can expect delivery anywhere between 6-8 weeks. Your package will arrive by U.S. Postal Service and package tracking is not available. Standard return policy applies for returns from APO/FPO addresses.

LBLC the label does not currently ship outside of the United States. If you are in another country and would like to discuss placing an order for shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you on an individual basis.
When your order arrives, please inspect the shipping carton for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for the carton to show some wear. However, if it appears wet, crushed, torn or otherwise noticeably damaged, it is required that you indicate this damage directly on the delivery notice and contact us within 48 hours of delivery by e-mailing us at email@example.com. All damaged goods claims, including evidence of deliberate damage, will be at our discretion.
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars.
